We affirm here the main doctrines that we consider decisive to properly understand and practice our faith in Christ. If you would like to know more about our convictions, please feel free to contact us.
☝🏽 God
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
(John 1:1.5, 10:30, 14:10; Gen. 1:26; Matt. 3:16-17, 28:18-20; 2Cor. 3:17, 13:14; Deu. 6:4; Heb. 1:1-4)
📖 The Word of God
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, and we seek to obey it as the supreme and final authority for our lives and beliefs.
(Heb. 4:12; Matt. 4:4, 24:35; Psalm 119:105; John 1:1, 17:17; 2Tim. 3:16-17; Col. 3:16; Luke 11:28; Isa. 40:8)
👑 The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the divinity and humanity of the Lord Jesus. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless humanity, His substitutionary death, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
(John 1:14, 4:6, 6:35, 14:6-11, 8:12,56-59, 11:33-36, 17:3; Matt. 24:36; Rom. 10:9; Phil. 2:5-7; Col. 1:15-20; Heb. 2:17-18)
✝️ Salvation in Christ alone
We believe that our sins are forgiven only through the blood Jesus shed for our sins on the cross. Salvation is a free gift of God, and we are justified only by faith in Him, completely independent of our works.
(John 1:29, 3:3-5, 16, 11:25, 14:6; Rom. 5:1, 6:23, 8:1, 10:9 16:31; 1Tim.2:5; Eph. 1:3-14)
🕊️ The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present work of the Holy Spirit who invests and regenerates believers, enabling them to live in a manner pleasing to God. And who gives them spiritual gifts that equip them for service in God’s kingdom.
(Acts 1:4.7, 2:1-4; John 6:7-15, 14:25-26; Eze. 36:26-28; Rom. 8:26-27; Gal. 5:16-25; 1Cor. 3:17-18, 6:19-20; Ephesini 1:11-14)
⛪ The Church
We believe in the spiritual unity of those who believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, and in the importance of membership in a local congregation.
(Acts 2:42-47; Rom. 12:4-5; Eph. 2:19-22, 3-4; Col. 1:17-20; 1Tim. 3:14-15; Heb. 10)
🎺 Christ’s return
We believe in the blessed promise of the Second Coming of Christ, who will return to this earth to take His children to spend eternity with Him in heaven.
(Matt. 24:26-27, 25:13; Mark 13:33; Luke 11:2; John 14:3; Acts 1 & 11, 1Thess. 4, 2Thess. 1, James 5:7, Rev. 1, 7:9-10).
❤️ God’s love
We believe that God is kind and merciful. He is willing to extend His grace and mercy to all who call upon Him and repent of their sins.
(Psalm 100:5, 107, 57:10, 86:15; Deu. 7:9; John 3:16, 15:9-10; 1Jn. 4:8)
Great and awe-inspiring are your works, Lord God, the Almighty; just and true are your ways, King of the nations.
